These beautiful handmade snowmen are lovingly created using sea glass, handpicked on Scottish beaches. They can be personalised with up to 5 letters, either initials or a short name. Each snowman is made from 3 bits of sea glass, joined together with silver wire, with a red wire hat and a Blackwatch tartan ribbon scarf. The wire work is done with painstaking precision to ensure each section of the snowman is secure but able to move independently, giving the impression that the snowman is dancing. The snowman’s cute little face is painted on by hand with care and love.

Sea glass is created when discarded glass is smoothed and rounded by the action of the waves against sand and rocks over many decades. This gives the distinctive frosted, smoothed appearance that sea glass is known for - perfect for constructing little snowmen! Each and every piece of sea glass is unique and beautiful, therefor the size and appearance of each snowman will vary slightly.
