White Sea glass dangle earrings

The perfect gift and a way to keep a little bit of the sea with you wherever you go - these beautiful sea glass earrings are made from sea glass found on the Clyde coast in the west of Scotland. Sea glass is formed by the waves, sand and stones shaping and polishing pieces of glass to give the distinctive smoothed & frosted appearance. Each piece of sea glass is unique, hand picked by me on the beaches that I visit then polished and transformed in to jewellery using wire wrapping techniques with recycled sterling silver wire.

These 2 pieces of sea glass were found on the Cowal Peninsula and are white in colour. White Sea glass started off as clear glass that has spent decades in the sea being frosted by & rounded as the waves carry it on its journey around the coast. The beautiful teardrop shape lends itself perfectly to the wire wrapping that I’ve used to secure the glass and create an entirely unique & individual design. The glass pieces are approximately 20 millimetres long and 10 millimetres wide. The overall drop is approximately 34 millimetres.

The hooks are hypo-allergenic stainless steel wire and are 21mm in length.

All jewellery comes beautifully wrapped in eco-friendly paper and cardboard packaging, secure & padded to ensure they arrive safely.
